Hunts Grove Extension
The Hunts Grove Extension, also known as Lane South of Haresfield Lane, is a planned future development of approx 700 houses in the area shown on the map below.
This area features in the current and draft future Stroud District Council Local Plans. Crest Nicholson have developed an initial masterplan, started the planning process and conducted an initial online public consultation on the draft masterplan in late 2023/early 2024.
An outline planning application was submitted to SDC in late 2024 but it won't be considered until more work has been done and updates made.
If outline approval is given, more detailed Reserved Matters applications will be required for each part of the development. Construction is not expected to start for a few years.
