Community Building and Sports Pitches
Stroud District Council approved plans for Hunts Grove’s community centre and sports pitches in May 2025. We hope that work will start early autumn 2025 and be completed in late summer 2026.
You can see the approved design below. When looking at the pitches, it's important to note that only those within the blue outline are expected to be delivered and that the details are not yet known. There is more detail on how these designs came to be approved and why not all the pitches will be delivered in this blog.
Our aim, which Crest support, is for the Parish Council to run the facilities.
